Ilyce said even with rising interest rates it is still a good time to buy. Reason being, property prices have come down in the housing market, and mortgage interest rates are still low enough that it makes sense to buy a house versus rent. What Ilyce finds interesting is that it is a buyer’s market and a seller’s market right now, making it a balanced marketplace.
