It was yet another unpleasant week for the nation’s economy. The Dow Industrials fell for the sixth week in a row, first time unemployment claims jumped to 427,000 and continued high prices at the gas pump placed a strain on overburdened family budgets.
When Americans weren’t worried about the investment portfolios and energy expenses, identity theft was another source of concern. Citigroup announced a big data breach and said their network had been hacked.
Callers into the show had plenty of concerns and questions about the future of this wobbly economy.
