David called in to say that he’s been looking at bank-owned real estate and he found an expensive house he liked in Fayetteville, Georgia. But when he walked out into the back yard 30 feet, he ran across a tombstone for Mother Mary, who died in 1901.
A little more searching around and he found more graves. He wanted to know, is this a house you’d buy?
I said it depends on the price he would pay. But you always have to think about how hard it would be to sell a house before you buy it.
If he can get the house cheaply enough, he can then look into moving the graves elsewhere (maybe they have historical significance?).
David said his kids are all for it! I have some concerns.
