Q: I enjoy listening to you on WBS Atlanta on Sunday. Your show is very informative. Your sensitive but practical approach is refreshing! I have been listening to Ray Lucia (“The Buckets of Money”) man who talks about placing part of your retirement investment into non-traded REIT(s). What is your opinion and can you direct me to a local financial planner (or company) that specializes in this area?

A: I don’t think you should put your retirement money into something that you can’t get out of easily. But hey, that’s just my 2 cents.

Check out these two websites for local recommendations to financial planners who charge “fee only” or by the hour.
