ThinkGlink.com publisher Ilyce Glink was recently interviewed by MoneyLife Radio host Chuck Jaffe about her latest book, 100 Questions Every First-Time Home Buyer Should Ask, fourth edition. Chuck, who for decades was a columnist and blogger for MarketWatch, said that the book is what he’s going to give his own children when the time comes to buy their first house.

The book, which has more than 350,000 copies in print, has been completely rewritten with Millennial first-time buyers in mind. In 2017, Millennials took over as the single largest component of home buyers, and now represent more than 50 percent of all first-time home buyers, according to the National Association of Realtors.

“I already own a house,” Chuck said. “But is there any reason why I shouldn’t read this book before I buy another house?”

“Nope,” said Ilyce. “Anyone who hasn’t bought a home in the last five years should treat themselves as a first-time buyer and try to relearn as much about the process as possible.”

Buying the book, which is available wherever books are sold and here as well, is a good start. The interview with Ilyce Glink runs about 12 minutes. Chuck is a very entertaining radio talk show host. Enjoy!
